1. Overview

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, ClicknCure follows strict return guidelines to ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance.

We accept returns only in specific cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Non-Returnable Products

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstance:

• Opened or used medicines

• Temperature-sensitive (cold chain) products

• Products with broken or tampered seals

• Items without original packaging or invoice

• Prescription-based medicines once delivered

• Personal hygiene and wellness items

3. Eligible Return Scenarios

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product received is damaged or leaking

• You received a different product than ordered

• The product is expired or near expiry (within 30 days)

• The packaging is tampered or unsealed upon delivery

4. Return Process

If your product qualifies for return:

2. Share your order ID, issue description, and photos of the product and packaging

3. Our support team will assess and approve/disapprove the return

4. If approved, our delivery partner will arrange pickup

5. Return Conditions

• Returns must include all original packaging, tags, and invoice

• The product must be unused and in its original condition

• Pickup will be scheduled within 2–4 business days of approval

• We may reject returns if the product does not meet our return criteria

6. Refund or Replacement

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

• Refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days, OR

• A replacement product will be shipped, based on your preference and availability

7. Return Charges

• No return charges apply if the issue is caused by ClicknCure (wrong, damaged, or expired product)

• If the return is initiated for personal reasons (not due to damage/defect), return shipping may be chargeable and subject to approval
