At ClicknCure, we aim to process and dispatch your medicines quickly. However, we understand that you may need to cancel an order in certain cases. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations are accepted.


2. Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order if:

  • The cancellation request is placed before the order is dispatched

  • The product is not a prescription-based or cold chain item

  • You contact us via phone or email within 1 hour of placing the order


3. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel an order:

  2. Provide your Order ID and reason for cancellation

  3. Our support team will confirm the status and approve the cancellation if eligible

⚠️ Orders once packed or shipped cannot be cancelled


4. Auto-Cancellation

ClicknCure reserves the right to cancel orders in these scenarios:

  • Product is out of stock or unavailable

  • Payment not received or failed

  • Invalid prescription uploaded (if required)

  • Fraudulent activity or misuse of offers detected

In such cases, you will be notified, and the full amount will be refunded.


5. Refund After Cancellation

  • If you cancel an order before dispatch, your payment will be refunded within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method


6. Cancellation of Prescription Orders

  • Orders with prescription medicines can only be cancelled before approval and processing of the prescription

  • Once approved and packed, cancellation is not allowed
